I rarely write reviews, but this experience left me frustrated. I booked a ride with New York Limo Net LLC for an important business trip. The driver arrived late, seemed confused about the route, and the vehicle was not as advertised. didn’t feel like a luxury experience at all. I expected professional service and punctuality, but unfortunately, neither was delivered. Not worth the price.
Our limo arrived early, spotless, and elegant. The driver was courteous and made our night unforgettable!
