I will never step foot into this store again. Your "Assistant Manager" named Becky refused to help me, referred me to corporate. She even laughed as I questioned why I had to get a store credit when I purchased on my NY& Co credit card. I wasn't asking for anything crazy but to have the purchase returned to the original form of payment. I even had my NY & Co credit statement that showed my purchases, but she said without a receipt I had to get store credit.
