Don't shop here!I purchased online and they kept my money and refuses to refund me. No help from Steven D in customer service he had all the proof needed to support my matter that proves more that 2 car gave me incorrect information they even noted my account still no refund I guess the Chapter 11 have them stealing from their customers
It is hard to believe that your company is willing to loose customers due to returns. I have never returned anything there, but I bought pants without trying on that are to short. brought them in with receipt, tags still attached, 2 days outside of "return policy" and couldn't exchange. Was told they recently change policy, that I should have looked at my receipt. Thanks, I won't be back.
