I’ve been shopping at NY&Co for over a decade. I love the clothes and prices are great, however I can’t seem to understand the NYC cash never ever works in my favor. And I’m not sure why the receipt attached to the coupon should matter. Nonetheless less I had $30 go to waste yesterday and I think I’m done shopping here.
