A huge Thank you to this branch and the manager at this branch, I think his name is Shoby. I opened a savings account at this location however needed to get a check while I was in NJ. The NJ branch somehow gave me checks for a savings account which I didn’t notice shouldn’t have happened. I got a call from this branch shortly after to alert me that a savings account does not allow for checks and to destroy any checks that were provided to me. Incompetence at its finest...Don't know how this branch stays open since the people working here haven't a clue as to what they're doing. And when they fail to do their job, they blame it on the customer.
