The Cranford Flagstar branch has very professional and friendly employees that try to help the customers as much as possible. I have been banking there for many years - even as the location changed hands.
Please fix your 24 hour ATM. I've tried here twice on "off hours" to insert my card to get access to the ATM machine inside, and it never let's me in.
After experiencing the lost of my mom I had to close her account she had with garden state community bank. Originally went to the 715 Elizabeth Ave branch which was a terrible experience. Very insensitive and unprofessional. So I refused any further service from this particular branch. I decided on the Cranford branch for service. Best decision ever. I literally pulled up to the drive thru at 2:58 and everything was closed( sign on door says 3pm) went to the front and they were very rude saying they were done.
They updated their app which corrupted everyone's login info and I've been on hold for literally 1h38m and the only time my phone consistently drops calls is when I call their customer support. This is completely unacceptable.
