I went to open a account and was told I needed $500 to open the account then my wife whi has a account with flagstar came back with me and then the lady said oh it for promotion. I never asked that I asked to open a account with $100 wich can be done. I will now go to another bank. Unprofessional at this bank. They should listen to what is told and not what they want. Maybe in chase of a bonus or something based on the amount. I will direct deposit my money at another bank. Shadida was the person who miss informed me.

Horrible customer service at this location! I was driving home and decided to stop into this location vs waiting to go to the one near my home. I was there to open an account and was told to sit and wait for a banker to assist me. I waited nearly 45 mins before I was even addressed. I was then told someone will be with me shortly. 2 gentlemen walked into the bank shortly there after and were attended to before me.
