Staff are attentive and professional. Welcoming and clean environment. But waiting times for only one customer service person on a Saturday are ridiculous. Otherwise great branch.
Hello good morning! This is Justine m Rivera and I come to this bank and everyone in the bank is great and nice and kinda they treat me with respect and love too. They are excellent people in there at the bank. Amen and this is a special to Diomaris and Maria they are very sweet lady and they treat me with respect too and all the another staff’s too.
There is a bank teller and a branch manager who are both very unprofessional, surly, and downright incompetent at the Broadway and 181 St branch. Recently, I went to make a withdrawal, and the teller told me she could not found my account due to a recent system upgrade. I have had this account for 20 years and do most of my banking online. However, I go at least twice a month personally to deposit checks so is not like I have not been to the branch in years. Poor banking experience , didn’t allow to encase a cheque , saying that if I don’t have an account with them anything above $1000 would not be possible, and sent me out after making me wait for too long. Too many banking issues , hence I prefer banking with Chase where service is simply excellent.
I been with this bank for almost 40 years. I really love everyone here, specially the Manager Diomaris and the Assistant branch manager Maria amazing 👏 ❤️. I will recommend.
