I opened my account at this location when it first opened under NYCB. I’ve never had any major issues with this bank maybe a few minor issues that is nothing to brag about. They have been really great and excellent service, no matter what branch you go to. Other than this location, it’s only one other branch here in The Bronx. Wish they had some more branches here in the Bronx like they’re doing in Brooklyn, Queens, and Staten Island. But I guess it helps to keep cost down.
