Exceptional customer service from the top down lead by Elizabeth aka Liz. Her staff raging from Jackie to Sona et all are one of a kind and care about each individual customer and give them the time of day the deserve vs rushing them through the process. In today's day and age, it's a rarity to find such exemplary service!!!

I have been with this bank and it's affiliated banks for almost 45 years. For over 30 of those years in Staten Island I never encountered any difficulties. Eleven years ago I moved to NJ and went with this sister bank and from the start all I have had was difficulties. TWO times a package of new blank checks were never received and they charged ME for the error. The associates that they have as tellers are not familiar with common banking terms ie " deposit this check as cash " . They are also prone to giving FALSE informati... read more
Worse bank after merge with Flagstar bank. No one know what they are doing.
I’m on a work trip and this was the closest Flagstar to my hotel which was 35 minutes from me just to find out that this is closed down and it’s a kids learning school. Wasted my time.
