I've never experienced such a branch that has made so many mistakes for a business account. It is very upsetting because of their mistakes I was unable to pay my employees in a timely matter. This breaks my heart because of them, employees of mine had to get their payroll late. It was a simple address fix. The checks they ordered me was the wrong address. The quality of customer service depends greatly if the person behind the counter feels lazy or not on any given day. Some great people who work there but chances are you’ll get somebody who just doesn’t like doing any work.
