I’m very disappointed ready to close all my accounts and switch to another bank. I keep getting hung up on . Trying to replace husbands debit card and I get hung up on.
Since the “upgrade” to system I have been locked out of my online banking accounts. I have tried everything for two weeks to get a representative. Hours on hold with out anyone picking up or being disconnected after holding for hours. I tried to email them and my email gets returned stating not a valid email address. I tried to re-enroll but it won’t let me do that either. Class action law suit anyone?
Haven’t been able to access online bank account since the “system upgrade”. Tried to call the customer service number at least 10 times, only to be left on hold for an extended period of time, and then hung up on. Attempted to contact them via email and received no response. Right now standing in a branch location like it’s 1982, and the first representative can’t help me. Will continue waiting like a jerkoff, because I’m fairly attached to my hard earned money.
I was on hold with customer service for over 2 hours. Called again, and this time it was an hour. I finally hung up. My rent is due and I need to find out how much money I have in my account!!! I tried to access my online account to check in the mean time, but having an issue with “verification” (even though all of my information is correct). Then when you request a password change, the email never comes through!!!! This is absolutely ridiculous. What a horrible new interface you have implemented.
NYCB has upgraded their website and now I’m having trouble logging in it says to call customer service been calling for straight 2 days been on hold for an hour get disconnected call back same thing since 9:00 in morning still no one answers And after a while they disconnect you. Great customer service especially when you can’t help with problem you caused!!
your bank sucks, and your online banking is run by idiots, I will be withdrawing my 20,000 from your bank tomorrow. NYCB is a JOKE
