Refused to give me two singles for a roll of nickels because I don’t have an account with them. Dumbest bank I ever seen. Also wouldn’t give me hundreds for 20’s.
What rude employee simple asking for change and was meet with a blunt no from a person that wasn’t even assisting with no budge from their seat they denied me. 0 stars
Just OK branch. They still have old fashioned ATM service with envelopes. Yet they don't provide the envelope even.
Terrible customer service, especially the management team. Specifically, the bank manager.
Please be advised, as of March 2020 due to the COVID pandemic, this branch's temporary hours are Monday-Friday 9AM-3PM and Saturday 9AM-1PM. Masks are required, social distancing must be observed and all account openings/amendments and safe deposit box visits are by appointment only. My family and I have been patrons of this bank since the 1980s. And let me tell you, my parents are VERY finnicky when it comes to financial institutions.
