Worst branch! Walked in to make a deposit and only 1 teller helping another person. There were 2 other people doing anything else but helping me. I ended up walking out. I should have known better and went to the other branch. Think its about time to close my accounts and go to a real bank!
Refused to give me two singles for a roll of nickels because I don’t have an account with them. Dumbest bank I ever seen. Also wouldn’t give me hundreds for 20’s.
What rude employee simple asking for change and was meet with a blunt no from a person that wasn’t even assisting with no budge from their seat they denied me. 0 stars
Just OK branch. They still have old fashioned ATM service with envelopes. Yet they don't provide the envelope even.
Terrible customer service, especially the management team. Specifically, the bank manager.
