I read several of these reviews regarding the personnel of Flagstar Bank at 2320 Central Park Avenue, Yonkers. I emphatically disagree many of these comments. I have never had a bad experience at this branch, any branch for that matter. In fact, I always receive the best personal service from the minute I walk in, to the moment I leave. Terrible experience w the teller at this bank . Rude unprofessional and I’m sure it’s not legal protocol how she handles transactions. Just in a bad mood waiting to take it out on people . Cant wait to cancel my accounts!
