Soooo, Amazon as a company can pour 1,000s of gallons of water into the street to try and break a picket line without repercussions from the water department??? NYSW worked recently across the street from my apartment, Lexington Avenue/East 72nd Street and left behind a very noisy manhole cover. I reported the problem several times using the 311 number. I get a confirmation that the complaint was received and then 2 days later that the case is closed because the situation was corrected, when nothing could be farther from the truth.
