I called with a question regarding landlord and tenant rights. The individual I was passed to was incredibly rude. He cut me off multiple times while I was talking and hung up on me saying in an extremely irritated tone to call back when I had good reception (despite the fact that he had a noisy background). Extremely horrible first impression and lack of professionalism!!!
