The hpd office in New york is commonly the least efficient and offers the worst service. This office has a large number of employees who are not interested in answering phone calls or handling complaints promptly. I reported multiple times to HPD no one ever came out but they said they inspected the unit, something is definitely fishy about how they are conduction business
