I am posting this in proxy for my mate who resides in NYCHA Queensbridge South and has resided there for 30 years plus. Ms. Williams had to have her stove disconnected and replaced. Not too difficult a task. This action of removal was to be in November, 2021.The stove has been disconnected. Can any representative explain why the replacement stove AND thee old stove are both in her apartment hallway both inoperable? This woman has had enough health issues to get through without idiotic intervention. See to resolving this expe... read more
