I visited my brother who resides in the building. He loves it and so do I. The residents are friendly and the building is perfectly maintained. The floors are clean and shining. The lobby is neat and clean as well as the waterfront outside eating area. The laundry mat is well maintained and orderly. This is a great place to live.
New lane is nice. As for the Seniors, Low income, retired, to me still a project with ghetto mentality. I pray that they are happy living there. Nice scenery, Rosebank is decent, could clean a little.
