another dysfunctional office we the tax payer finance - shut it down!
I've had great experiences when going in person. However, when call 311 & transferred to DOF it rots. Ridiculous long hold times (over an hour) & then office hours done & out of luck. Why does 311 rep even tranfer you at 3pm when on perma hold to get shut out??? DOF: why not offer a courtesy call back instead? This is not what I expect for the high property taxes paid to NYC. Please please please change it up & be there for your tax paying citizens with questions!!!!!
