Came to pay a parking ticket on a rental vehicle that was blocked from paying online. If this is your case, know that it’s CASH ONLY. I was informed of this after waiting in line so I had to leave and get cash but they let me come right back to the window. When I got back the woman who had been helping me was calmly attending a man who was “not meaning to be disrespectful” but demanding her name and threatening to personally sue her and her colleague.
