They uphold every illegal parking ticket from sanitation—no matter how much documentation you provide, even if you have a disability placard, and even when the city clearly made a mistake. Mr. Min Chung needs to do better. He just puts on his mask, doesn’t listen, and ignores your evidence. In my case, he made a clear mistake and a wrong judgment.
