If I can I would give a negative 1000 at least. When you enter the building you will see a bunch nonsense at the security desk peeling nails, all kinds of lazy moves and attitudes. They felt we owe them ten million, and expect us to do their jobs and just get pay. Worst security desk ever which is BS!!!!!!!
The office seems to be understaffed, which can make the wait a little longer than expected. I think management could do a better job of improving the overall customer experience instead of focusing only on moving people through quickly. That being said, the staff deserve credit. Everyone I interacted with was professional, respectful, and genuinely polite. They were doing their best despite being very busy, and it shows they care about the patients.
