Today we visited the Information Desk, and the staff member who assisted us was rude and unprofessional. We felt that there was discriminatory treatment and a slightly racist tone, as she told us that what we were requesting could not be done, in a discourteous manner and without clear explanations. We request that this incident be reviewed and that appropriate measures be taken to ensure respectful and equitable treatment for all visitors
