I arrived here at 1:30 PM; the ticket said it would take 1 hour and 54 minutes to be called, yet I’ve been here for three hours. They work very slowly and make excuses—they should be experienced enough to provide quick solutions. The service is terrible; it takes them almost the entire day just to call a number. Sometimes they don't even resolve the issue because they claim the lawyer has already left, even though they don't close until 4:30 PM. A lousy place.
