I went today to get my daughter a NYID as soon as I came in through the metal detectors to the office room of NYID they were all friendly. The NYID tried their best to help me get my daughter her ID unfortunately did not have enough documents but they really made efforts to help and when we left upset they even called me right away to give me advice which I did not expect such quick caring efforts. I see alot of negative reviews but my experience was 5 stars. I went early 10:40am and did not stay for a really long time.
