Workers are horrible.. noone wants to work and they give u the run around.. since they have to be there 8 hours so do you.. prepare yourself mentally

If you have a parking ticket, save your time and don’t come here even if you’re close by. It’s not worth it. I was issued four parking tickets with the same violation, on the same day, and three of them were issued within the same hour. I came to ask for a decrease, not a dismissal. The judge lady, barely even let me speak and refused to reduce my tickets. Very rude to customers who have language barriers. They don’t have a sufficient number online to provide extra help without going to the actual building. They intentionally make it hard for you. It’s ridiculous
