If you get tickets and try to explain to the judge That will be a problem(as I have experienced) ...@surphin blvd location )imagine I got two expired registration ticket in 20 mins .. (even though it was valid)I disputed the first..and was found guilty..(cannot appeal. The second ticket for same vehicle, same day. In a matter of 1/2hr apart He dismissed it BUT WAS ANGRY. AND HE GRUNTING OVER AND OVER AGAIN ... JUST TERRIBLE A JUDGE WHO WAS NOT SUPPOSE TO BE THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE ...WHO.. PUT ..HIM.THERE?.
