It's closed, shut down, nonexistent
Broke a chain on our antique tandem while cycling the Erie Canal Towpath. We were hauling a trailer and had to push it to the shop. (We got bad advice in town about which shop was closer and the other one has a mobile service van, but those jerks couldn't even give us directions from downtown). The repair at NY took the young man mere minutes and we tested it out right there. He tanked up our water bottles and offered to check anything else we needed. Great service.
Great selection from a wide range of bicycles, including road, cross, mountain, etc. for every rider. Polite and KNOWLEDGEABLE service.
Great selection and service. Except the one day I showed up to find a note on the door saying they were out for a bathroom break and I waited over an hour before realizing they were taking a never-ending poo and left.
If you have any problem with your bike this is the right place to go. Excellent attention, cool service! Thanks!
