From beginning to end my experience with NYBG has been fantastic. I had come from a different practice that wasted about year of my life. Surgery went great. They provide you with tons of info to help guide you through the process. They deal with insurance and work swiftly to get you scheduled. After surgery, however, is a different story. It takes forever to get anyone on the phone— 20 minute minimum wait. Emails go unanswered. Appointments are difficult to schedule, and cancellations are common. If you have an emergency or post-surgery complications, on-call doctors are NEVER available.
