Super disappointed! Firstly, the seating in the office is low to the ground without any arms on the seats, so nothing to support getting up (bad knee here). When I mentioned it to the staff, they stared at me like deer in headlights. I do remember being young myself and not understanding people with mobility issues, but this is an office for Bariatric patients so I know they should absolutely be aware. Dr. Godshall is God sent! She is understanding, caring and empathetic. As her patient I feel like she cares & listens to me.
Everyone has been extremely helpful and professional. It has been an excellent experience and I would recommend them anytime
