Had them put together my brand new bike and it was assembled incorrectly, then tries to convince me my brand new bike had to have new brakes that cost $400! MORE than my car brakes. Just sold my bike and never going back here again
Took my ebike there and needed a new battery rack, brakes, and back tire. I was told 5-7 business days and it will be fixed. Waited patiently two weeks and got back my bike with the rack fixed and nothing else. Was completely honest and respectful the whole time. Then get told they don't remember me bringing in my charger for my bike. So they give me a whole different one. The worst business transaction I've ever had.
Rode my bike in the cold to get it dropped off today. Upon arrival clearly the employees dont get along. When I got there I was told that I had to pay a 40 dollar deposit just to drop off the bike. When I told the lady working there that she had not mentioned this (when I spoke with her on the phone) she clearly was not receptive . The new owner is just amazing and the tech is outstanding. I'm just so impressed with this shop, the effort she put into finding the whole family proper bikes and the prices. Thank you so much!
