All the doctors and people at this clinic are extremely nice and kind. Doctor Lee and Doctor Stefanovic are so professional and helpful. Definitely they are the best.
Once thought this place was the best ever but over the years they purchased more and more top end diagnostic equip and became so aggressive + with them having automatically rebooking patient it became very expensive. The cost was so high because of all the additional fees for extra procedures that I need to go elsewhere. I did and saved over $80 on one appointment. The new place I am going to also said I only need to go 1/2 as frequently!!! Good places done see patients as $$$$$ only.
I had an excellent experience at New Westminster Optometry Clinic! Dr. J. Thom and the team were professional, friendly, and accommodating. The entire process was smooth and efficient. Dr. Thom goes above and beyond to thoroughly address every aspect of eye health. Their thoughtful recommendations made selecting the perfect frames easier. These people lack common sense. Context: my spouse got an eye exam for the sake time. Although, she did not use the updated prescription until 7 months later, but could see so much better with her old perscription. My spouse got her prescription in October of 22. She ordered 3 pairs of glasses in May of 2023. I understand a lot of things can change in 7 months. I had an eye exam last week as part of my pilot medical check-up, and I want to extend a big thank you to Dr. Lee and Mr. Hammad. All of my tests were completed smoothly and successfully. They were both incredibly polite and attentive. The equipment was very modern and comfortable. Hammad explained each step of the process clearly and made sure everything went smoothly.
