Our builder subcontracted this tilesetter. The owner was friendly and took time helping us pick our tile. The problem is that his workers are amateurish. Designs in the tile were off center and looked like they didn't belong. Edges of tile were chipped wherever cut. The worst was our glass tile backsplash which was dark gray but showed specks of white behind all the edges they had to cut. Nothing looks worse than a dark tile with white specs around it.
