We had a great experience with NW Notaries and Lawyers. Shelly, our conveyancer, was responsive, communicative, and friendly. Angie explained the reams of paperwork in the transaction and did so in a down to earth and easy to understand way. Our transaction completed on time and with little stress. I got a will done by them. That was good. What wasn't good was using them for a real estate transaction. They insist, apparently based on BC law society advice, on using paper checks for this. Furthermore the turn around time - remember I have to come in and pick up a physical check to deposit - is at least a day and half if not two days. This is way too slow.
