I got a will done by them. That was good. What wasn't good was using them for a real estate transaction. They insist, apparently based on BC law society advice, on using paper checks for this. Furthermore the turn around time - remember I have to come in and pick up a physical check to deposit - is at least a day and half if not two days. This is way too slow.
Great when Martin was there it was great. Not any more. Terrible customer service. Booked an appointment. Showed up. Then they couldn't do the work they said they could. What a waste of time.
Poor communication and customer sevice. I booked the appointment week in advanced and they asked about the document just 1 day beforehand . Also updated location not in Google maps or the website
