I was just here for my first time. Super friendly, did not make fun of my old bike in poor repair, serviced it (new chain needed) on the spot and gave some friendly advice. I'd go back here for sure.

So this is a tough one. I actually had a very good experience at New West Cycle, followed by a really disappointing one. It's one that I understand, but one that I can't endorse. So here's the deal: I went into New West Cycle to replace a bicycle that had been stolen, and I dealt with a guy named Ian, nicknamed Bulldog. He was apparently just there helping out, but what a great guy - he walked me through some newer bike tech, and after learning I wanted a road bike he pointed me to one that was a little outside my price rang... read more

I have only had my bike serviced here, never bought anything (until now probably, now that my bike was stolen...) so I can't comment on the sales side, but there do a rally good job servicing bikes and are very fair with pricing. Super happy with it every time I have brought it in and will continue to go there in the future.
