I wanted to do a review on New Weigh Now because it is a great program and way to lose weight. I recently tried their new blueberry pancakes with sugar free syrup and it was awesome !! I don't feel that I am missing out on being able to eat a pancake. I must say that the chocolate chip pancakes are equally good. I love this diet and you will too! Joyce
