New (in) Way Removals were fantastic to deal with. The initial booking (with Jade) was easy, they showed up on time, were very polite and thorough. We had a double move from two locations on the day, which I thought could be an issue but could not have gone smoother. Plenty of blankets, no breakages and they listened to where our items had to go. 10/10 service and price was excellent. Highly recommend.
-Booking was easy to make and friendly responsible service - Guys were on time and polite - no damage to any furniture - Unfortunately very slow, 4 men took over 6 hrs to move 15 mins up the road. A lot of standing around while 1 person unpacks. Considering a lot of furniture was left in garage I expected it to be quicker. -clearly labelled Garage boxes were brought into kitchen and bedroom boxes were brought into living room - washing machine was connected incorrectly and flooded our house
I have moved 6 times in the past 7yrs and have been continually disappointed with removalist…….until now. I used New Way in Removals this weekend and Poko, Jason and Jordan were fantastic young men! They showed great care and respect for my things and were very thoughtful and considerate in their work. They brought an appropriate size truck and worked in a very timely manner. I will definitely use them again, great job fellas🎉
Excellent service, they guys were awesome and happy to do anything asked. They took great care of our items, and were very fast. Couldn’t have asked for better guys to move us!
