Worst lender that I've worked with. Terrible communication and we've had to extend closing multiple times because they can't get their act together. I work in real estate so I've worked with hundreds of lenders on different transactions and this is the 2nd worst I've experienced in my career.
I would like to give 10 stars to Queenie Zhao if I could. I cannot express my gratitude enough for her assistance throughout all the loans that we closed with New Wave. Her efforts have been truly invaluable to me and my team. She is the best AE I have ever met; nobody matches her professionalism or expertise. I love working with her and look forward to more successful loan closings together.
