Eric & Roberto are the best, sorry Kevin :-) They came earlier that expected which was GREAT! They were quick and professional. Then they made sure I knew how to do everything I needed to know to work the new systems before they left.
New Wave did an upgrade to the audio portion of our home TV and stereo system. They did a great job. They were prompt with all responses, bids and appointments. Their team was professional and thorough. Compared to other companies I have dealt with in this space, the value they offer was great. Kevin did a great job of outlining the options to fit with the equipment I had and did not try to oversell, but rather seemed to be on my side as far as finding a solution that would work well without spending unnecessary money.
