I have found this program very easy to follow, and I am quite pleased with the results. The meal replacements are delicious, I am not hungry between meals, and my cravings have stopped. I'm also learning the skills i need to change my relationship with food and replace poor eating habits with healthy ones. I've struggled with my weight for most of my adult life, and this is the first time I've felt confident that I will be able to maintain my weight loss.
