Do not work for this company. As someone who was their 5 plus years Run! This company only cares about the money not the Clients or staff. The owners are manipulative to get what they want. They pay staff low but they drive mazarotti's. Staff are overworked, with no set schedules only weekly. Beware!
Ken and Everlyn are an awesome couple.Some of the best people I know in Redding. Any negative comments are from disgruntled workers. Your loved ones are in good care at New Vision.
Awesome company and caring owners
This is a mom and pop ran by two retirees who sacrificed their own golden years to help others. Their adult children and respective spouses work night and day pouring their hearts into every aspect of this business. The pay is fair; The management team are Unicorns! Fine family. Outstanding Employer. #Unicorns
