Recently I bought sofa set and dining table set we were told it was going to come in 2 to 3 weeks but unfortunately it came after 4 weeks this is not exceptable at all. When did brought the furniture unfortunately I was not told by the sales person to measure the 3 seater seat or to see it if it will fit in my stairs unfortunately they just want to make their sale and make their money that's it. SCAMMERS! DO NOT BUY. We bought some beds from them last year. They took the full payment and guaranteed to deliver in 10 days. Despite multiple calls and back and forth, they delivered after 4 months. And our beds are already falling apart. We spent so much money for the absolute worst products and service. Extremely unacceptable and disgusting customer service. Save your money and time - absolutely do not purchase from these fraudsters.
Excellent experience for me at new vanaik furniture, whatever I wanted. I got within my budget delivery was amazing and on time I recommend everyone to visit new vanaik furniture.
Bought a new dining table set and after 3 weeks it got stain on table top ( used 2-3 times only ). Called multiple times and emailed bill & photos as they asked for and i am just asking is it fixable or no ?? If not what else we can do. Almost more than a month now - no answers and shamelessly saying woking on it. Please avoid this place if you want good services. Thanks
