Every time I visit the West Springfield branch I'm immediately welcomed by smiling faces. While most of my New Valley Bank business takes place online, it's always refreshing to conduct business in person in West Springfield!
The commercial lender I spoke to over the phone has been interestingly rude, arrogant and consistently dismissive. While speaking about our personal financials, there was an high wrung air of distrust and we felt grilled over every number we put in. This is probably the worst community banking experience I have had in the neighborhood, and small business owners, please look away. You can turn down our business, but you don’t have to be so abrasive. Thanks
