Purchasing a standby generator has a process that includes your own homework for selecting what you want it to power in your home then selecting generator options. ( Consumer reports helps in that process ) Next is selecting good companies to give you quotes to compare, we prefer companies that have standby generators as their main business. Great to deal with , very knowledgeable staff , seamless installation would highly recommend Anser/Prima Power Systems to anyone needing a generator.
They do good work at times. But very unpredictable, more of a production line, not very personal service.
