Our business has started in 1997 as a taxi company which eventually developed into a cabulance to help people with limited mobility. We are located in Mill Creek - a beautiful town with it's own downtown and tranquil trails all around. Our vans are comfortable and clean and drivers friendly and helpful. I had the best experience possible with New Transport Cabulance, from them patiently taking my multiple calls while I tried to work out the details of my situation to then being requested to show up earlier than planned, then canceled when my hospital discharge was delayed, to then showing up when re-asked to come, all with the most calm, friendly response. I had a cancellation with a different transportation company, so I went on a search for one who could accommodate a same day request for one of my residents who had an appointment with her BH clinician. I was first told that I had to do a booking 24 hours ahead of time. However, they quickly called me back and told me they would be able to schedule our ride. They came quickly AND early, even though our pick up time was less than an hour from when I booked our ride. I will forever recommend this company for their flexibility ... read more
