I'm a patient of Caleb. New Theory Medical is an outstanding practice and offers life-changing therapies. Very professional practice from top to bottom.
I was excited to get back to feeling normal and read nothing but great reviews about this clinic. Unfortunately I didn't have the same experience. I also had to travel two hours because im limited medical resources where im located. I paid out of pocket just as everyone does. I paid for the blood work and medication for my hormones. When I got my blood work done I had to call several times to get my results because they never called. After that they filled a prescription which I had to pay for shipping and never arrived. Can not say enough about Caleb & Kaylee. Both are amazing. Caleb is always eager to help with hormone related issues, and Kaylee provides very thorough and amazing results in everything aesthetic related. I love this place and recommend it to all my friends! :)
They will charge you card without authorization. I never filled out the authorization paperwork for them to do so.
