We came to Phoenix from Canada for vacation and brought along our Whill C2 mobility chair. The very next day while loading the Whill into our car I set the battery on the ground beside the car and drove away, forgetting the battery there. By the time I had realized the mistake that evening, the battery was gone from where I had left it. This place is So awesome and a Blessing. My mom visiting me from out of town and her mobility scooter battery kept dying. The guy Doug there was Such a Great help, we took it in he checked the levels and give us good information. The staff was so friendly amd welcoming. The price was great. Her Battery was replaced with in days and they communicated we me every step of the way during the process. I appreciate this place for helping me out so quickly.

Doug and Dorene were absolutely incredible! Not only did they pick up and drop off my chair for repair, they completely went over it and clean it like new. Truly above and beyond service. They were incredibly kind, professional, and courteous. I will take all my mobility needs to them and highly recommend them to anyone needing mobility aids or service.
