First time using a tax preparer other than turbo tax and it was definitely worth it. I didn’t realize how much I was missing doing them myself. Uploading all the docs online was really simple with their portal and Victoria did an amazing job going through everything on our meeting. My experience has been an absolute NIGHTMARE! One thing is certain, Victoria is very knowledgeable, but knowledge is no substitute for reliability. I reached out to Victoria at the beginning of March to handle my business and my personal taxes. My initial meeting was great, but nothing of substance followed. Her staff is completely incompetent and refused to deliver my messages or provide me with the meeting I continuously requested. And when I was provided a meeting, she did not show up. Victoria is very experience and her staff very professional, most of my family and friends and customers go to them,,they always do a great job, thet are always doing what is best for you,,and get the best results, I'm very pleased with them I highly recommend them.
Stopped by here to complete my taxes after seeing it multiple times. The staff is super friendly and the main accountant is super helpful to make tax season not stressful!
I love Victoria and her New Stone Tax team, she is an amazing accountant and her staff is friendly, patient and they all always go above and beyond for me.
