Newstead House has moved forward positively in every way, there is a dedicated team there who have worked in a personal centred way to provide first class support to all whom reside there! I am sure they will continue to develop and improve the service with positive management and a dedicated staff team, who now receive specific training to enable them to provide excellent personal centred support.
Run for the hills! Shocking place. no staff training and the building is in a disgraceful state very dirty especially the “apartments”
