Jasmine from New Start Relocation offered me great professional advice on the best options to ship my personal items interstate. My conversation didn't feel at all like a sales pitch, rather like a human being genuinely interested in helping me with my move. Though in the end I didn't require their services, I greatly appreciated Jasmine's proactive nature and friendly disposition.

Avoid this company at all costs, they are unprofessional and lazy they don’t have actual workers when I moved from state they hired people from craigslist that they don’t know to come do the job and bring all my stuff in. I got robbed $500 and a book of checks and at the end of the payment they want cash for the last payment they want cash and all the other payments could be on credit card or check and the last payment they need cash they build stuff miss properly and the workers are very ignorant. AVOID NEW START RELOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!! TLDR; I would rather move every piece of furniture in my home…singlehandedly …in a snow storm… than deal with this company ever again. Garbage company. Misled me on the cost of the move, sent preliminary list of items, but told them when I got the quote that I needed to add items. He said someone would call later and it wouldn't change the cost much. The person on the phone tripled the price and refused to return my deposit. Spoke to David on customer service. We were able to work out a much more reasonable price considering I added on a lot of additional items. The movers were prompt and professional.
