If I could give them zero starts I would. One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company. Upon contract signing our representative assured us that there would be no extra charges, and gave us his personal contact info in the event we ran into any issues. The representative was Hugo. Upon pick up we were told that it would be more than the amount we had agreed upon. Naturally, now unable to get a hold of Hugo who said to call if we ran into this situation. This company does not have any control on their pick up or delivery service that they use. Our legal contract stated pick up one to two days prior and delivery in a particular date. The pick up happened on the day of delivery and the delivery was not assured on the day that was on our contract. Both dates were not honored as per the contract t. My daughter missed important orientation due to this and we had flown to help with the boxes and setup which was not assured on the day of delivery. They ask for extra money to delive... read more

Soooooo...... this company said to be very open about my inventory, and I was. They told me it would cost me $2,600.00 to move, which was a great deal for my budget, then when they called the day before and day of it went up to $4,291.00 with a lot of attitude! They are scammers, and just are greedy! Definitely don't use them if you don't have a lot of money! I had to sell my electronics just to pay the final balance to get my belongings!

Worst company ever. They lie about the estimate and every time you talk to someone they blame the other people. They say they are a manager when they are not. My advise is whatever they tell you is a lie and run away fast
