My husband and I are relocating my MIL from MA to FL. I estimated our needs for furniture and boxes on the high side and we received a good price. The sales rep explained that they used 26 ft box trucks it would be loaded with 2 families only on the truck and would deliver from MA to FL in 4-6 days. Terrible service, recommend finding a different moving service. 1- I called several times to finalize a quote. Trying to finalize was a nightmare. 2- I had a credit from elite movers that was moved to this company. Once I told them I had a credit, the quote doubled. Terrible service and issues with communication. Now I’m just completely out of my deposit. So frustrating.

**WARNING**..DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!! Planned out of state move since January 5th when I recieved my 1st quote from Mia, 2nd quote was on February 17th from Micheal and the price increased $3000, moving company shows on February 18th and price increased another $2800 from Mo. Was told delivery would be 20th -21st latest. It is now February 26th and noone can give a return call back from the moving company that New Start used as a contracting moving company. I have had the same nightmare with this company as most people on here. We set up a move with them and went through everything is the house 3 times. I even gave them measurements and everything. The guy told me I would need 1 and 1/2 trucks and it would take a week to get put stuff and the price was 9000. We paid the deposit. Moving day comes and the movers only have 1 truck and want another $4000 to get the rest. Oh sorry if I could give zero stars I would. This place quoted me at $2300 For a one bedroom move. Then their Third-party moving company got there and added an additional $4500 on. Taking my $2300 one bedroom move quote up to $6800 in total. Mind you everything was already packed. I really hope that everyone does the due diligence and doesn’t get screwed over like I did. In the end, I made them leave and no services were done because who in the right mind would pay that much more.
