ZERO STARS !!! I have relocated multiple times throughout my career, and this was by far the worst moving experience me and my family have ever had. If I could give zero stars I would. This company lies- they are not a full service moving company - they are a broker. It is illegal to lie about that by the way. I am out a 1000 when I called them months ago from the beginning to say I am disabled and on a tight budget. They pressured me to move on a day that didn’t work for me on the initial sale saying they were giving me a good discount so I did. My husband and I are relocating my MIL from MA to FL. I estimated our needs for furniture and boxes on the high side and we received a good price. The sales rep explained that they used 26 ft box trucks it would be loaded with 2 families only on the truck and would deliver from MA to FL in 4-6 days. I explained that I wanted to avoid the mega liner situation that we experienced with my mother's move 2 years ago due to the uncertainty of delivery dates. Terrible service, recommend finding a different moving service. 1- I called several times to finalize a quote. Trying to finalize was a nightmare. 2- I had a credit from elite movers that was moved to this company. Once I told them I had a credit, the quote doubled. Terrible service and issues with communication. Now I’m just completely out of my deposit. So frustrating.

**WARNING**..DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!! Planned out of state move since January 5th when I recieved my 1st quote from Mia, 2nd quote was on February 17th from Micheal and the price increased $3000, moving company shows on February 18th and price increased another $2800 from Mo. Was told delivery would be 20th -21st latest. It is now February 26th and noone can give a return call back from the moving company that New Start used as a contracting moving company.
