Booked Nicola in for a deep tissue massage after racking up a number of miles/training sessions and a recent half marathon effort. Nicola was excellent throughout and was very knowledgeable in establishing the issues and relieving muscle/tissue tension using the correct techniques. After the consultation and massage, I rested for 48hrs and noticed a significant improvement in movement, speed and overall has hugely aided recovery.
