Would give 0 stars if possible. Do not recommended getting a loan through these guys. Very un professional. They do not answer phones. I made every single payment on time! When I sold the car the buyer could not get it registered in their name because of their inability to do their job. Now nearly a year later my credit report still says the car that I paid off isn’t paid off because of their inability to do their job. I have paid over 20 grand for a 10,000 dollar loan.
I hate that I can't give them ZERO stars. I have to at least give 1, they don't even deserve that. We paid off a car over 1 month ago and have been told several times that they will be sending the title to the vehicle out. Well after calling them over and over and being assured that the title was sent we find out today that it has not been sent and they will not send it out until 10/16. We have already traded the car in to a dealership and our loan is contingent on us getting that title ASAP. I hate this company. Worst custo... read more
