Always short staffed and show no interest in residents.
Don't move here. My downstairs neighbor is harassing me with banging on her ceiling, which is my floor. She bangs on.y door at all hours and goes to staff about how I make too much noise, when I did is sit in my chair and watch tv. The nursing staff always comes and tells me she complains and administration says they speak with but the situation has been going on for months and I see no end in sight, unless I move but administration begs me not to move because they claim theyije me but are unable to resolve the issue. I've visited there a couple times. The facility looked clean and nicely done. The staff was very friendly as well.
