Over all, as a relative my experience with this place was not good at all. There was never any trust or professionalism established with me as a relative of a former resident. There was little to no rehabilitation care, poor communication, nonchalant responsiveness to addressing concerns, bias treatment, little teamwork at all if any. The place is brand new the staff was extra courteous while taking a new resident. They had everything anyone would need to start a new life all brand new including toothpaste toothbrush body wash. New towels and beef linens. Great place.
