I really cannot give this place any stars. This place went downhill so fast from all the crazy people they let live there. Either users or trouble makers. This was really nice when they first opened but it’s horrible now. No Social worker to help anyone get out. You have to do everything on your own. And the food is awful. They need a better chef! I am so disappointed in this place! The management needs to change!
Over all, as a relative my experience with this place was not good at all. There was never any trust or professionalism established with me as a relative of a former resident. There was little to no rehabilitation care, poor communication, nonchalant responsiveness to addressing concerns, bias treatment, little teamwork at all if any.
