Bought a flax linen sheet set 2 years ago. Always gentle wash cycles and rotate with other sheet set. Noticed 3 large holes in the fitted sheet and other areas very thin. Disappointed that these sheets didn’t last longer.

I bought 3 sets of New Season sheets. First set from the Bay and then the other two online from New Season. 2 weeks ago I bought another set and there is an issue with my order and I need to return the sheets. To activate the return one needs to contact their store. Well after one email and (no word of a lie) 7 phone calls and left messages each time, no one has bothered to call me back. Sadly, they lost a customer but I guess they don’t really care. EDIT: I contacted my credit card company and will be getting my money back.... read more
