The product does not match the pictures with on their web page. It was shown as having buttons, but the item I received has a cheap zipper that feels like it will break easily. There are also loose threads on the fabric. Very disappointed with the quality.
I had purchased the weighted blankets for my two sons and myself. There was an issue with shipping one of the blankets. I contacted New Season and without too much delay, my product that wasn't shipped was shipped out promptly with a little gift for my inconvenience. Great service and we are all loving the weighted blankets.
