Very disappointed. A whole pack of thieves. Terry, after all the time you spent, nothing has been refunded yet. I told you they were thieves. You have wasted time as I have - 16 hours in all for nothing. I have messaged you but alas.

Hopeless customer service. Can’t get the simplest thing done. Been waiting for a refund for a subscription taken in error for nearly a month and I keep getting fobbed off. Lots of empty words from them both by phone and by email. Also, still waiting for the print copy of the magazine from the subscription I did take out and that’s not arrived either.

Nice open office. Well decorated and the people are nice and friendly. It has a modern touch and is easily accessible with local transport. Has good restaurants and bars nearby. Office kitchen is good and away from workspace, so you won't be disturbed by funny smells or the kettle whistling away. Reception has a touch-in sign-in for visitors and the lady receptionist i met there was friendly and helpful. Sweet company.
