Ordered a mattress from this place. It was during the time the hurricane hit North Carolina. Because of that the company was not making mattresses right away, which we understood and was very patient, but over about a half year to a year we began to get excuse after excuse as to why the mattress wasn’t coming. Great service and friendly staff! I have bought several lift chairs over the years from NRV furniture, and have been very pleased with the service they provide and the quality of the chairs. I live in Salem ( it’s worth the drive to Radford) they delivered and set the chairs up for me. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for nice people and good furniture! -Larry M Rothgeb BSN RN

After buying furniture from them in September of 21 that was not in stock we had to listen to every COVID related excuse why we did not have our furniture. They would not give us a refund and stopped answering our phone calls. After setting up a court date they managed to give us a refund just days before the hearing I would sit on the floor before I would buy a chair from them. very poor business practices

We got our recliner and bedroom set from there, we were very happy with the customer service, the price, and the entire experience. Well crafted furniture!
